Do you accept returns?

Absolutely. We have a pretty lax policy as we’ve only been burned once or twice in over ten years and know that Yoopers are an honest and trusting bunch.

We ask that items be returned in good quality. No original packaging needs to be sent back. If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note with instructions (exchange, refund, etc) along with your Order # if available.

I would like a full refund

We accept full refunds so long as the products are in good condition. For in-store purchases we can only issue a refund with a receipt. If you cannot find the receipt we can look up most orders by name. Without a receipt we can always do an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.

I would like to exchange a product

Not a problem. Send us a message and let us know which product you would like in exchange or just stop by the store. For online orders we can send you a pre-paid shipping label.

Do you refund shipping?

We are happy to refund shipping if the error is on us. However, we cannot offer a shipping refund if, for example, you enter the wrong mailing address. We do make mistakes from time to time, but we’re always happy to make things right.


We ship fast! We are located directly across from the Marquette Post Office. On weekdays most orders placed before 4PM are in the hands of the Post Office within an hour, and sometimes in as little as 15 minutes.

Can I pick up my order in store?

Absolutely! Just choose “Pick up in store” at checkout and your order will be waiting at our counter free of any shipping charges.

What shipping services do you use?

Currently we ship everything via USPS. We are conveniantly located directly across from the Marquette Post Office which allows us to ship orders very quickly. USPS has been incredibly reliable for us since we began in 2008.

  • Orders under 3oz (ie. stickers) will ship via USPS First Class Letter Rate
  • Orders between 3oz and 15oz will ship via USPS First Class
  • Orders over 16oz will ship via USPS Priority.

How often do you ship?

Orders placed before 4PM during the weekdays will ship the same day. Orders placed during the weekend are typically shipped out Monday afternoon.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship internationally on an order by order basis. Please contact us if you need to ship internationally and we can get a shipping quote to you.

Can I track my order?

All orders placed through will receive shipping notifications. Orders less than 3oz (mostly stickers) will not receive tracking information.
